Through friendly competition and hard work, I managed to overcome my setbacks and studied abroad through the GPLP at the University of Nevada, Reno in the United States. I improved my English proficiency proactively and practically. My interactions with my roommate also sparked my interest in sociology. After graduating, I joined the NTT Group as it seemed to let me pursue my dream of “presenting the world to children through English.” In the future, I hope to take advantage of the company’s training program to obtain a higher degree at a graduate school overseas and work in a planning position in the fields of education or human resource development.Ms. WATANABE KyokoNippon Telegraph And Telephone West CorporationIn 10 years since HU’s selection for the Top Global University Project in 2014, the number of international students has increased by 666 to 1,726.
