Based on the “President 5 Initiatives for Peace Sciences,” we will undertake various initiatives utilizing investments from society and Hiroshima University’s capital. Further, we will build a world-class education and research center; generate three kinds of value, “cultivating cultured individuals with an international mindset,” “Self-creation of new forms of wisdom and value,” and “social implementation of innovations in science and technology”; and have an impact on society. By fulfilling our role, we will expand our base of capital, undertake more diverse initiatives, generate greater value, and give back by translating them into societal benefits.
